We now invite research paper and poster proposals on the following themes represented by keywords:  

1. Teachers’ and students’ practices at university level. 2. Teaching and learning of specific topics in university mathematics. 3. Transition to and across university mathematics. 4. Novel approaches to teaching. 5. The role of digital and other resources in university mathematics education. 6. Assessment practices in university mathematics education. 7. Preparation and training of university mathematics teachers. 8. Teaching and learning of analysis and calculus. 9.Teaching and learning of linear and abstract algebra. 10. Teaching and learning of number theory and discrete mathematics. 11. Teaching and learning of logic, reasoning and proof. 12. Teaching and learning of mathematics in other fields. 13. Mathematics for engineers. 14. Epistemological studies of mathematical topics. 15. Curricular and institutional issues concerning the teaching of mathematics at university level.

Please note that the working groups will be organised after we have resived all the submissions. So, in order to allow us to organize the working groups from the proposals and to allocate papers to groups, you are requested to provide keywords following the requirements below:

1. Two keywords among the list of 15 key words above.
2. A maximum of three free keywords aiming to precise the scientific orientation of your paper (note that it is possible to choose
    also the free keywords from the list of the 15 keywords above if they are relevant for your proposal).


Deadlines  
October 15, 2017: Deadline for submission of paper and poster proposals.

January 15, 2018: Decisions about paper or poster acceptance.
February 15, 2018: Deadline for revisions of papers and posters.

How to submit a pap

Please submit your paper or your poster at http://indrum2018.sciencesconf.org/user/submissions by October 15th, 2017. Note that, in order to access this page, you need to create an account and log in first. We request that you follow the guidance given for the format of your paper below. Following peer review, by January 15th, 2018, you will receive a decision about whether your paper or your poster has been accepted for pre-conference publication on the INDRUM website and discussion at the conference. Acceptance is likely to be conditional on revisions to your paper or your poster, in which case you will be asked to return the revised paper by February 15th, 2018. Details of how your paper will be included in the conference programme will be communicated closer to the start of the conference.

Please format your paper as follows:

1. Write the paper in English (G.B) or in a Scandinavian Language using Times 14-point font, 16-point line space, and 6 points
    between paragraphs; occupying a frame of 170 by 247 mm. You must use the INDRUM template.
2. Restrict your paper to a maximum of ten pages, including references, figures and appendices.
3. Type and centre the title (in 16 point bold), author(s) name(s) (in 14 point bold), and affiliation(s) of author(s) (in14 point italics)
    in this order; all in Times.
4. Underline the name of the presenting author(s).
5. Begin the paper with an abstract of up to ten lines, single-spaced, in italics.
6. Indicate up to six keywords for the paper following the requirements indicated in the call for paper and poster proposal.
7. Give references in the APA style, www.tandf.co.uk/journals/authors/style/reference/tf_A.pdf. We kindly request that you
    comply with this format and we note that papers not using this format in full may not proceed to the peer review stage.


How to submit a poster

Please submit your poster proposal at http://indrum2018.sciencesconf.org/user/submissions by October 15th, 2017. Note that, in order to access this page, you need to create an account and log in first. We request that you follow the guidance given for the format of your poster proposal below. Following peer review, by January 15th, 2018, you will receive a decision about whether your poster proposal has been accepted for pre-conference publication on the INDRUM website and discussion at the conference. Acceptance is likely to be conditional on revisions to your poster proposal, in which case you should return the revised poster proposal by February 15th, 2018. Details of how your poster will be included in the conference programme will be communicated closer to the start of the conference. Poster proposals must include a short description of the research topic, the theoretical framework, research questions, and, if possible, research results and implications based on the research results. 

Please format your poster proposal as follows: 

1. Restrict your proposal to a maximum of two pages. The proposal must include a title, a summary description of the content of
    the poster, of the way its content will be presented, and up to six keywords following the requirements indicated in the call for
    paper and poster proposal.
2. Write the proposal in English (G.B) or in a Scandinavian Language using Times 14-point font, 16-point line space, and 6
    points between paragraphs; occupying a frame of 170 by 247 mm. You must use the INDRUM template.

INDRUM Guidelines for Posters

Vertical rectangular grids (poster boards) will be available for your poster presentation. Poster format is A0 vertical:
841mm × 1189 mm (33.1in X 46.8in). 

Fixing materials (pins and stickers) will be available in the Posters Area. Conference helpers will be available to assist you with mounting your poster.
